You need to contac the owner of trackbase via a pm or email(paul@trackbase.net) or xfire(trackbase)

No, just paul can activate tsp on your server because he needs to change the settings on the server - where just he got access on it-

Why the hurry?

You can keep it as it is for now and just wait until Paul can take care of it. This isn't forgotten or such, just be patient
