zz_etkey_miss file in jaymod

Hello, I noticed that many servers got this download, jaymod servers, does it actually make's a key for noguid players in jaymod? Cuz if it does I would love to add it on my server also, cuz its running jaymod. THx.

Like i know of my server it's just showing a guest when you have now guid and gives a button to etkey.org, but if it's not then just teach me.
