Rules for creating a clan:
- A minimum of 5 hours playtime
- The clantag must have a minimum length of 3 characters
- The clantag can not be taken yet
- The player where the clan will be assigned to must be REGISTERED
- The playername to assign the clan to MUST contain the clantag!

Doesn't seem to be anything here about reserving your name beforehand? Anyway I believe I've done this correctly now, thanks.
