Did you played in-game with the tags, cuz if u didnt played on the name in-game then u cant reserve the name ofc!

Well it just can't find the name and in fact i couldn't find it as well. Probably you played on a server which isn't registered in the trackbase server database. Join a server which is registered here wait some minutes (~1-2) and try to reserve it again.
