What's the difference between "Rating" and "TSP"?

This is the new tracker part II
You can see e.g. Shoggun which would have just 12 rate...,
But there's a thing.. The skill points just can be collected on servers with TBS connect
So atm just Wood Fa Tm servers..

If his nick is Patriot and his tag is |Qubenet well then its a great player, otherwise not
