How does the speedy gonzales work from today ?

I was asking me the same and asked paul,
the rate was stolen him and he got it back (which is not normal that you can easily get it back)
so he didn't get 24 rate plus today he just got his old rate back bcs he wasn't able to make his name secure (playlock/colors) which i would advise to everyone in this community - also if you do not got so much rating yet..
