Tracking system is stuck.

Hey TB-team.

I've noticed that sometimes a server just 'stops' looking at a server.
Players, maps, name it..nothing is being updated.
Here is one server for example that is atm 'stopped':

I don't want to be a pain, but do you know what is causing the problem?
And can you solve this problem, for this server?

that server is not stopped, it's just like paused :P
and now showing correct k/d, players online there and etc things
