on some map where i pwned all and get ppm = 235. i don't get rate there
now this is too much. i want my rating back. u can c ss below. i didn't got rate here :

First, Your complaining over rating when your at 9 rating. And you say you owned with 10ppm.
Next, You played 20.85 minutes and the whole map was 31+ so you didnt play 2/3 of the map so it didnt rate. Ive seen you complain about this before. YOU GOT TO PLAY 2/3 OF THE FULL MAP FOR IT TO RATE.

You will get 4 rating, not 13.

If you dont transfer you will keep your 9. If you do transfer you will go down to 4 so its useless.

Read it closely

If we would follow your logic, someone can have an old account with 22 rating and wants it to add up to his new account which has 25 rating.
That would result in a 47 rate for that new account.
We're not adding any rating from old to new accounts, we're transferring it
