Server IP change

Hi,
Can you please tell me how to update the associated server for my clan? We've got a new IP, and I want to see it in trackbase and to update our clan page.

Our page is:
https://et.trackbase.net/clan/538/
https://et.trackbase.net/server/iow (old server)

Our NEW IP is: 67.228.108.137
