Lags spikes on new laptop.

Hey guys,

I have some problems while playing ET. I mostly play on servers of Prime Squadron and AOS.

A month ago I bought a new laptop (HP AMD A9-9420 Radeon R5, 6GB Ram 256SSD windows 10.) I use this laptop only for playing ET and listening music, so it does not need to be a strong laptop.

So I copied all my wolfenstein ET folders from my old laptop (win 7) to my new laptop (win 10). Everything was installed well except I got some random lag spikes. (from every 0.5seconds to every 5seconds).

I still have same internet connection as before. When other people in the house are using internet I have the same lag spikes as when I'm alone in the house. So it is not my internet provider.

Already tried some things ingame but non of them changed anything:
/rate 25000
/cl_maxpackets 100
/r_primitives 2
/pb_sleep 500
/pb_security 0
/cg_predictitems 0
Etc...

Also I did read something about changing adapter settings for WIFI:
-802.11n channel Width for 2.4Ghz conenctions to 20mhz ONLY (Defualt is Auto)
- Prefered Band 2.4Ghz (Defualt is Auto)
- Roaming Agressiveness 1. Lowest (Defualt is 3. Medium)
- Wireless mode 802.11b/g (Defualt is 802.11a/b/g)
Didn't work...

Also disabled Microsoft One Drive.

Also tried to disable updates and disabled my antivirus (standard windows defender).

I feel it have something to do with this windows 10 crap, settings for windows defender, settings for updates or settings for internet connection.

I hope this forum is still alive and someone could help me.
