Reserved name stealing

Hi

for 4 days my reserved name has been stolen and someone used it to name bots (implying constantly connected) on some unknown server :

It started on this session :
30-11 22:28 Supply Depot 2 Final [hYpe]cLan-bEginners XPS

They did the same with other players that have some rate : Erika, nub and Let The Flames begin

Is there anything we can do to solve this ?

thanks for your reply, I hadn't received the 1st one cause my email here was outdated.

I just saw that KeLfOUTO!R, which I use for years and had reserved, has been removed from my reserved names.
And it's still used on that fake server to name some bots on it.

So I lose twice on this shot: I was stolen my reserved alias, and it now belongs to some other player (bot in the matter, but it's the same result) ? (trying to understand, since it's the first time I encounter this)

my main reserved name was stolen again (as some other players' names on the same server) :
IP: 54.38.76.113:27960
Name: [hYpe] RECRUITING XPS

Names were assigned to bots, which implies they are constantly online.

Can you please do anything ?
