Rcon Password

Hello!
When I want to login to rcon pops up a message this:
"You are not able to use rcon"
Somebody knows what's the matter?

nitmod 2.3.1
server.cfg -> set rconpassword "qwerty098765"

Please Help me :crying:

I formatted the computer, and now I do not even have the admin level on the server

Find the command sv_rconfilter and set its value to 0
