hotfix- Minelabs Beta 1 scriptfix

There was a bug in minelabs beta 1, the axis spawn with the allies when the tank passed the commandpost

to fix this I made a scriptfix, I apologize for the problem, may the server admins have mercy on me.

I have updated the map (http://et.trackbase.net/map/7983/), the downloads are available through TB FileBase now as well. :)
