Seems like TB have some issues, i played "Venice" which is a frequent map, played it today, was rated well, i replayed it this evening on Kernwaffe #1, it says that the rating is disabled on this map. Anyway to fix it?

I've investigated the cause of this, and noticed it was not influenced by the fixed brought out lately, though I know what the cause is now and I'll be fixing it tomorrow :)

It was a global issue, it looked at the nextmap, which meant if the nextmap would not rate, the map before that actually wouldn't and the map that should not have been rated was actually rated.

It has been fixed yesterday noon, and it shouldn't happen anymore.

This was not the bug, according to the map details (http://et.trackbase.net/?mod=mapinfo&midx=1151) the map rating was disabled on this map. We try to keep this list up to date, but some times me miss some. If you see map not being rated (mostly this will be if there isn't anything colorized on it) check it, and post it so we can active the rating.

I've been through the list now and updated a bunch of maps.

We decided to not enable rating for all maps , some arent ET and at first ,back to ( october november ) we wanted to add 1 by 1 maps with all descriptions,Pics all others stuffs but we had to wait for better tools.

Most of the time, the maps not being rated are rare maps, not often played. It's not so hard to set them to rated, but TB users need to notify us on a map they wish to have rated

Also the lack of any kind of objective wouldn't benefit for rating

I'll suggest also to insert or edit the first post to say, for exemple, that Sniper maps aren't usually tracked, or maps which have glitches I guess... Maybe the 2 maps I ask for has been already suggested? Would be nice to have the answer of this question on the top of the thread :)

Market Garden Et is pretty well-known, objective map where Axis attacks, 1 flag for spawn in the middle, a radio post to dynamite for Axis for the victory.

Rhineland Bridge 4 is a light, retextured, fixed and optimized version of Rhineland Bridge 3; Version 3 is rated, so why not the 4 ;) Only Version 2 has a page, I should also take a look into other versions for command map/screenshots/readme.

Document Raid (Final) is an Allied objective map: escort Tank, steal Gold, then escort Tank with it.

No glitch or exploit noticed.

I dunno if im right here, but i think there is a bug in tb or on FA jay2.
i played some maps and non of them are rated, not even listed in the map.
as example

thats everything listed for today, but i didnt even was there at that time, in this case i was shopping. the maps that i played some mins ago, baserase, goldrush and one more but cant remember the name are not in the played map list. I have my name in my cfg, so its always the same, i didnt changed anything on it, i even connected with the name and my rate isnt blocked or anything too.
PRO*D!Zz was there too, if you dont believe me you can ask him.

Due to an unforeseen error caused by the new rating method the server has not been rated for a while.

@stars I think we made a big mistake while updating the new tracker. It seems that it hasn't been scanning since we've did the update that should have fixed the latest got-stuck bug :( I greatly apologise for it, and I think we've fixed all now :)

I remember I had rated sessions on 0.5.0 after 2-3 days of release (had no time to play instantly after release).

It's possible that right after the release, we hadn't activated the mod yet. But yesterday, when I was updating the rating for the mod requests, I noticed all of the silent mods were rated. UltraET - as stated earlier - wasn't. But if you guys encounter further issues with silent mod rating, please notify. Normally everything should be running as it should *fingers crossed*

Thx mateos, this is really cool that you can give us a link to a file for those maps, bcs not all maps which are in the mapbase are in the filebase too, so sometimes i will do them at the end of which
the map isn't in the filebase and wait for a server of which the map is playing on atm so i can download it manually. Paul is pretty busy atm so he can't upload more maps, this would take too much time :)

Ye, so i had the same problem as you at the start & contacted paul, he meant it would be uploaded but just don't shown .
He fixed this for me and if i upload that stuff it's showing those pictures now immediately.

Ye i said before i can just do that maps when they are in the filebase but not every map is in the filebase, so if you guys report it (which is pretty nice - but we also have a huge list of it ^^ )
then it would be more nice if you give a link with the map.pk3 in it to us, so we can do those maps immediately and do not have to wait 'till they are being played on a server.

we make it normally in an own file so all is out of any virus and we clear unnecessary pictures, like with a watermark.
so we take zip file with readme, pk3 map & upload them to the filebase. :)
