PU Angel one man clan

Goodmorning.

I was just wondering what this is because the person PU Angel is now again rating as a clan with just only himself in it and i don't think that should be possible otherwise it just takes the fun away for the real clans.

Hey Musty,

we are aware of clans like this. We understand that other clans don't like one-man-clans. Yet it is allowed as all members do wear the clantag and there are three members in the clan, which makes it eligible to be ranked.

PU is not the first clan to use this in order to gain some clicks on the clanpage. This has been used over and over throughout the past years.
And no one ever complained really bad like they would not accept it at all.

If there are more guys who want to change this, feel free to reply to this post (of course all members from one clan count as 1) and we'll see if we can change the ranking system in the future.

I totally agree with you. This is pretty annoying, even when I don't play ET anymore. :)

p.s. this guy is also using the double ppm thing (example: http://et.trackbase.net/session/20020803/). Set his rate back to 0 like I showed TB this for like 100 times.

I also agree with Romek and Jari. Its really annoying and a lil bit sad when people like him spoil the enjoymend of rating for other clans because its unfair.. Rating should be a fun thing and if guys like him continues to be on the top of TB, other clans could loose some motivation and the fun is simply gone..

I believe the proper approach would be to either increase minimum player clan requirement how ever we could just make sure they are 3 seperate players in the rooster.

I am surprised how fast he could incrase his rating. Of course this is not allowed. It took me some time, but I reverted all sessions and disabled the server.

The lamest thing is when he has 24.31 rating the entire clan has 24.31 rating? how is that even possible. The two "other" players have 0 rating so if you calculate the average clan rating (taken the % time played in account) he must have someting like 12 rating because the second player in the clan has almost the same amount of time played and 0 rating

We're looking into it. It's more then just shutting down the clan that has to be looked into. There are no rules or anything that apply to this so unfortunately the correct way to go about this would be to introduce the rule set and give users a timed period to correct things.
