<IoW> BECK

Hi,
I'm the owner and administrator of <IoW>. Our clan page is here:
http://et.trackbase.net/clan/538/
Our tags are: <IoW>
For some reason, I cannot add one of my members to the clan. When I attempt to add him, I get this error:
"Could not add player `V3nom. - Clantag not found in the players name!"
The members full name is:
<IoW>`V3nom.
This is the link for him:
http://et.trackbase.net/player/3543659/
I'm wondering if it is the ` in his name? We have other players who have non alphanumeric characters at the beginning of their name and it seems to work for them (for example: http://et.trackbase.net/player/118287/).
Is there any way the logic for determining clan tags can be looked at? Perhaps maybe just do a "starts with" type of comparison?
Thanks in advance for any help!
