Bossik was right, you can always request a transfer through this page (http://et.trackbase.net/reserve). It is easier for us to approve your request and usually works a lot faster. Of course you can also reply to this official thread (http://forum.trackbase.net/threads/147-ALL-GAMES-Name-changes-rating-transfer) for rating transfers and name changes to request a transfer.
