Players Grafic problems

Hello,

We need a little help for our server.
Many of the players suddenly complaine about bad grafic.
Problem is about shape of trees, and colors on objects as trucks.

If anyone has idea, wich cvar to set, for solve this problem, we will be happy.

correct me if I'm wrong but think the map has missing textures so no cvar will help you.

Thank you for answering.
But I found the problem, it was a map causing this. Affecting most maps in cycle.
