Hey, I use to play Et a lot back in the day, and do a lot of scrims and stuff, I'm renting a server currently from nfo and was wondering what mod is popular to play competition wise, if its changed since i've last played which was like 2007, I'm hoping I can get some good scrimming going in this game like back in the ol days, i want default setting's no gernade kicking or drop health on death stuff, just plain et with good hit boxes, if anyone can help me get my server configed properly, It would be great.

I cant get ,y redirect to work for faster downloads on my server, i dono whats wrong a few people tried to help it seems right

What Error do you get? Show me your server.cfg

all you need is a configured redirect server and to set your server cvar without a trailing backslash like this:


set sv_wwwBaseURL "http://redirecturl.com/files"
set sv_allowDownload 1
set sv_wwwDownload 1
set sv_wwwDlDisconnected 0

Then in the folder called "files" you would have folders like "etmain" where your maps belong, and "etpro" where etpro-specific downloads belong.
