high ping

Help! my ping is averaging 400 and creeps up to over 1000, I did a traceroute but do not know what it means, any ideas?

Anyway somthing is seriously foked at start of that tracert, the 3.000+ ms seems od

i tried the tracert myself here from DK and i didnt succeed 35 ms anywhere

At start, you mean it was'nt run right or its at my machine or nearest line?

With you being from the UK, why are you routing around the world?

Also set your rate above 4000 to at least 25000, open your console with the ` key (above TAB) and (type) /rate 25000
