well this is a server setting, it restricts heavy weapons on a server, for example you are a soldier with a panzerfaust, panzers are very powerful in ET and some servers try to find a balance for how many can be use per team, Most servers I know out there have 1 panzer per team.

If i hear "Panzer" i thing this is a WAR game.
We in FC doesn't have panzers or something like that.
We play with weapons, or some cars like a Buggy or a FWDVehicle.

Panzers can be exist in FC too, but for sure only in special maps(Modes)!
But we are funny about our weapons and possible things.
But sometimes, like me, i look in some other games, for serach ideas to created a better ServerSideMode!
There exist a lot who can be controlled by the server, weapons, badlenguage, balance, cars, boats, etc!

The most scripts i create only for my server.
