Its gonna be easier , because apparently many ppl want their own flag , and Paul cant just try to find the flag here or here , if you want it to be done quickly do the necessary :)

Same here, if you will start with this city flags you will need to satisfy other city flag requests too because it wouldn't be fair to others to upload just few city flags and not others. Sweden is already in, please goto "Reserve names" and select "edit country" -> here you can set your country flag :)
