new to mac

hi im new to mac and i cant play to ET anymore...i spend the last few hours trying to install the game..i install PB but after that...about the PB key im not sure its a good one et when i start the game, nothing happen execpt the voce to quit....im pretty sure theyre a post here to show how install ET on iMac os X 10.8.4

Can you give any more information? Does the game launch (partly)? What happens with your screen? Does the game exit and gives you a code?

when i launch the game my screen become black but after its quitting the game and then send the report to apple...that all what append...don't know what I'm doing wrong or not doing
