Clan position & adminisration of clan profile

Hello!
I have a question: can I be Co-Leader of the clan on trackbase but also this person who is the administrator - edit members, clansettings etc.? If I can, how I have to do it?

Just put urself coleader?, coleader got the same permissions :).
He only cant set himself Leader. :)
