Rating fails

WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING WITH TB ??

Sometimes is got minues rating although i have more kills than deaths and i got more than 100xp / minute ?! Sometimes i dont have more kills than deaths oder dont make more than 100xp per minute but i also became plus rating... wtf happened?!!?! :eeks::eeks::eeks:

the magic word you need to know is "average-ppm" when many players got a higher ppm or around the same than yours but have less rating, yours will drop probably...
