name not appearing

hi there i use the name .z... but for some reason when i try to make my name .UK|.z... it doesnt show up on the site . well it does but only with this tag ^7.UK|.^0z^2.^3. but that isnt my tag and i have been trying all day to fix this but nothing works . also while im here i also had 24 rate with public enemy no'1 name but some lame ass noob starting using my name is it possible to get my rate transfered to my new name ? any help welcomed :) as my new name should be ^0.UK|^7.^0z^2.^3.
