Hardware = things you can touch, so your display, graphics card etc, opposite = software
Software = things you can not touch but just see, so programs which are installed on your hard drive

Hardware = The total of phisical equipment like :electric circuits, electric components, mechanical devices.

The hardware components are : UC=CENTRAL UNIT
MI=INTERN MEMORY
UAL=LOGIC-ARITMETIC UNITY
UCC=COMAND AND CONTROL UNITY
REGISTRY SET
EXTERN MEMORY UNITIES (HARDISK=HDD)
PERIPHERAL UNITIES
INTERFACE UNITIES AND COMUNICATION LINES

A last thing: Hardware is useless without software.
