punkbuster error

Hi i have buy a server from ycn in 2.55 silend mod i have make config for server map ... but i got an error i am kicked from punkuster witch this error :
pb client in distress-cannot authenticate with Pb server(A1382) / after that i kicked 1 min later
If someone can help me ty.

In your YCN control panel, scroll down to the bottom of the page and edit "command line", remove the tick from the punkbuster box and update.

but now when i hit one players there are nopt hit sound only for head i ve put b_hitsound 1 but its same crap sound when u shoot in body and "ping ping" in head and i dont find where is the script for sound in control pannel -_- ty for answer guys
