Hey guys,

have a server question + assignment request. My clan:
http://et.trackbase.net/index.php?mod=claninfo&cidx=547
is now owner of this server:
http://et.trackbase.net/index.php?mod=serverinfo&idx=2027

Countryflag is NL

I want to assign it to my clan and i already did this with the sets tb_clanid "547" but didn't work. It is still mentioned as assigned to *PIMP* and that it is a duplication of a other server. On gametracker it already shows it is our, but apperently here on tb not yet. Would be really nice if you guys could fix this for me. On our clanpage there is server information for the confirmation.

Hey , checked and apparently sets tb_clanid "547" worked, server is assigned to your clan . normally 1 server can only be assigned to 1 clan.
I checked PIMP clanpage and i only see that server assigned http://et.trackbase.net/index.php?mod=serverinfo&idx=4399

I assigned NL flag to your server.
If there is something wrong ,please let us know.

It's a weird port , dont know try to add it to database but its not working , its like server doesnt exist.
Tried to connect via ET and apparently its passworded server , but thats not the problem.
Hmm dont know you need to ask Paul.mAybe the method to add new server isnt working again.

Well its from ycn-hosting so probably they system generated that IP.

Yes it's passworded but I saw many PW servers at tb so.

i dont get it , TB will not track them alone , you need to add them here : http://et.trackbase.net/?mod=serverlist fill the IP in the search form , and then you will be able to add them.

Or give me the Ip adresses and i'll add them for you.
And if you already added them but they still not tracked , please provide the link , it means something is wrong, thanks

yes i have IP addresses which i have added on the way you subscribed, but on some way the system doesn't add them.
I will try it once again, as i changed all IP's thats because we found some problems while having ports that end even.

You can try to add it yourself here : http://et.trackbase.net/?mod=serverlist just enter the IP in the search field and click add this server.

Reasons possible


Server can not be included in the serverlist due to one of the following reasons:
- Server is not responding
- Server is not ET protocol 82/83/84
- Reading timed out

Yes, correct IP, and server is running, since I am actually on it right now. Protocol is 84. Server ping was 100 for me.

I tried adding too and got the same error message stated above, while actually being connected to the server without a problem. I can also play without problem, moreover, SplatterLadder tracking works for the server flawlessly (Now it is the only of our servers we use SL connect to, since the others work with TB). Can you please look into this?

We need to see Diabolik tag on server name or do it that way :

I added them but the server hoster may have the command in the config to put them on a clanpage, ask the server owner to delete it or to change it to your clan id!

I think the problem with my servers is that they do not longer be scanned, because they are still displayed as off and the last scans were before 33 days

I think I would use the is Unterstell servernemen AmateurcupsilentXPS from TRG-clan copy, I can prove I have the server name since the 08.24.2011 it was only under TC .AMATEUCUP use and the TRG-clan there was not yet at this time.TRG exist only since year 2012 ! I am ready on Team viewer insight on my root is granted access to in order to prove this. I cannot understand why the TRG-clan against my spread lies ! I am not a small boy more of 20 years, I am 34 years old ! My evidence should not be tested, I will delete my account with trackbase , there is still the SplattaLadder verdict system where I am registered and also my server also be considered. Man should be where your server from the evaluation because server name take copying and not punish innocent clan

Probably you mean the real time information.
As you have ET300 installed already, you now need to ask Paul to enable this extra option for your server.

You didn't match the rules.


If your server name does include your clantag or clan name (that's the proof the server is yours) you can directly ask us to assign your server(s)

But if that's not the case , we can not be sure that the server belongs to you and to avoid any mistake you will have to do as the following steps to get your server(s) assigned to your clan automatically .

Get it done automatically by adding a code line in your server configuatation file!
sets tb_clanid "<clan_id>"
