but even if you reach the 5 hours
there is still the problem, that the playername does not contain the clantag, therefore the requested clan cannot be created.
you have to play with a playername for 5 hours which contains the clantag and which belongs to you/is registered

nope, the playername is still not reserved/registered and the link you've posted is useless, you have to register the playername, otherwise you can't manage a clan.
furthermore you have to play at least 5 hours.
