Why XP is not recorded and LAN servers?

I would like to understand better this tracker.

In some servers I see that points were not counted saying that "No XP recorded! Session not ranked!".

What is the reason for that?

I saw another funny thing, some LAN servers are ranked. Should be this possible?

I don't think we're able to scan LAN servers at all, could you give me some example? And about the no xp recorded, could you give some examples as well so I could explain it (reasons may differ)

If you see my stats here:

You will see several servers where I made score and nothing was counted. ppm is 0 but I made score on it.
For instance, << Dust Eaters Assault Reloaded >> never works.

Regarding the LAN server I was sure, because it was LAN in the server name and I cannot see that server in the ubi/internet list.

Check this player and the server where he scores a lot:

Of course this is an advantage for these players.
