- introduced g_skinFlags:
1 Enable Red(NAM)/Green(USA) skin alpha overlay (this will give players red or green effect over skin).
2 Allow players to choose between “first” and “second” team squad. (moved from g_etnamFlags 2).
4 Force Marines vs NVA skins (flag 2 must not be set).
8 Force Marines vs Vietcongs skins (flag 2 must not be set).
16 Force Rangers vs NVA skins (flag 2 must not be set).
32 Force Rangers vs Vietcongs skins (flag 2 must not be set).
- removed some GPS code to avoid BOT problem ('weapon_etnam_gps.gm' wasn't used)
- removed sprint sound
- (forum report) fixed /kill still allowed if nade sticked
- fixed now cannot take self-damage while nade sticked

- new compass texture
- introduced cg_crosshairAdvanced [0-1-2-3]
0: disabled
1: enabled for primary crosshair color
2: enabled for secondary crosshair color
3: enabled for both primary and secondary colors
activating this cvar the crosshair will
turn RED aiming enemy,
turn GREEN aiming teammate,
turn WHITE if aiming nobody.
