    Could get NVIDIA GTX550 Ti , ATI HD6870/6850 or the HD7700 series for that price.
    But I think your CPU & RAM will still be the weak link.

    what if i upgrade my pc like
    HDD,RAM,and you tell what is needed
    HDD - 1 tb
    Ram -4gb ddr2
    my processor at the time is - 2.40 ghz intel dual cpu
