Can I/You just my reserved name xxx with rate time and all rename to a new name which mean time rate and all will stay ?

I dont really understand what you are asking for , But rating time and global time , are transfered too during a rating transfer.

Lol isocan u want to take the Rating of Stars//Turk ? U can only transfere from a rating name with a clantag to the same name with another clantag or to the same name without the clantag, and u have to register the name on the same account and i dont think u have register stars//turk, so i hope u will be ban Mister Isocan of Trackbase.
